However, in a hardly surprising move given incoming Trade Sec Lutnick has said little else but this for months, Trump Administration Eyes CFTC For Crypto Regulation, Plans To Weaken SEC’s Role (Blockhead) / CFTC Might Get Full Oversight over the US Crypto Market Under President Trump (Finance Magnates) / Trump Eyes Handing CFTC Oversight Of Crypto: Report (Cointelegraph).
Net net I think this distributes a message of “be careful what you wish for.”
